The Knitters and Crocheters have been busy keeping others warm gift of time devoted to these talents.  They meet weekly in the church on Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. in Room 22.  You are more then welcome to come, sit, chat, and knit or crochet with them. 
If you would like to participate, but are working and can not attend the workshops, below are two of the patterns they use in making the baby caps.  If you would like to make them at home, you may leave them in the church office to be added to the items that are produced.

 Prayer Shawl and Scarf Ministry

Throughout the month several faithful hands are busy creating colorful and prayer filled scarves and shawls from the comfort of their homes.  When completed they are brought to the church office and kept until they are needed to be given to members or friends for their personal encouragement.  The church's staff prays over them for blessing and healing provided by God, before they are distributed by our pastors.  To learn how you can become part of this healing ministry through your time and talent click on the paragraph heading for current patterns.
