Discussed: 

§  Pastor Jan opened with devotions

§  Discussion on post-it-notes and parades - suggested pull wagon or golf cart or back packs for supplies - still need Gilmore City volunteers for hand-outs and to carry banner - Barb said to call Trexels.

§  Use banner for fair booth also; need more to sit in booth; Ecumenical Church Service with Johnson Family at Fair, with Pastor Jan assisting. (Pat-bookmarks - Barb had Bible verses - she will help set-up booth and will bring supplies and instructions for projects, with Candy & Doris.

§  Cool Sundae Evening - July 20 - helpers OK/serve wafers; Aug. 17 - helpers OK/serve wafers; Sept. 21 - want bars - ask young bakers (there is a list in the office - also Tammy Kampen, Kate Orness, Kim (Doug) Adams, Mary Jane will also bake.

§  No August meeting

§  Worship at Rose Mill Park, Rutland - on August 17 - 10:30 a.m. - no 11 a.m. worship
