SPECIAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY
 WAF COMMITTEE OF UMW
 

A.  FUNERALS:

Cake or bars, salad and drink will be served following funeral services.  These will be served in Morehouse Hall or appropriate space that the family chooses, by the United Methodist Women, as a service to the family.  If a casserole or sandwiches is wished by the family, the cost will be paid for by the family.  These arrangements are made through the WAF committee.  A donation to the circle serving is acceptable.  If a donation is received $10.00 of the donation will be given to the church kitchen committee.

B.  WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARIES, BIRTHDAY RECEPTIONS: 

1.  Charges:  $50. first 100; $10. each additional 50 or portion thereof.

2.  Customary:  Cake, nuts, mints, coffee, punch.  Will make and serve

     sandwiches and serve salads furnished by the family at no additional

     cost.

3.  Dinner fee $100. first 100 served; $25. each additional 50 or portion 

     thereof.  Dinner is considered something served hot from buffet line or

     seated and served by waitresses.  All foods are to be provided, prepared,

     and/or cooked by the family.

TABLECLOTHS: 

a.  Tablecloths are not to be used outside of the church.

b.  The custodian is responsible for laundering lace tablecloths.

c.  Double-knit cloths are to be laundered by group using them.

d. Circle serving is responsible for laundering double-knits.  Family will be charged $1. per cloth unless other arrangements are made.

FEES ARE PAYABLE TO THE UMW and WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE CHURCH OFFICE.
